Delete your account
You can delete your PepStash account and data at any time. No app install required.
In the app or on the web
- Sign in to PepStash.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after a 14-day grace period (you can cancel within that window).
By request (no account access needed)
Email mail@pepstash.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We'll verify and process the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile, and login credentials.
- All cycles, inventory, dose logs, check-ins, and purity records.
- Uploaded lab-report files.
- Your Stripe customer record; any active subscription is canceled.
Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g. payment/tax records held by our processor). See the Privacy Policy.
