Terms of Service

By creating a PepStash account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PepStash is a logging and calculation tool for personal health and fitness tracking. It lets you record cycles, inventory, dose history, and reference data, and offers calculators plus optional AI-assisted summaries.

PepStash is not a medical service, a pharmacy, or a supplier of any physical product. We do not sell, ship, or source any substances. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a diagnosis. Always consult a licensed physician before making decisions about your health.

Content on PepStash is provided for research, education, and personal record-keeping only. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information you enter into or receive from the service, including any AI-generated output.

You agree not to use PepStash for any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

PepStash is offered on three paid plans: Monthly ($19/month), Annual ($149/year), and Lifetime ($299 one-time). All amounts are in US dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card number.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase on any plan, no questions asked. Email support@pepstash.com with the email address on your account and we'll process the refund through Stripe within three business days. After 30 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

PepStash uses large language models (Anthropic Claude) to generate optional summaries and suggestions. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate. You must independently verify anything you act on. We log AI requests for quality, abuse prevention, and cost control, subject to the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Resell or share access to the service with other people.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or payment controls.
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates any third party's rights.
• Use the service to provide medical advice to others or to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepStash and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any personal injury, illness, or health outcome arising from your use of the service or any information obtained through it.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. On termination we will process any pending refund owed to you and delete your data per the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
